#Tlalnepantla, #Edoméx.- In order to provide greater security to the educational institutions of the municipality, Marco Antonio Rodríguez Hurtado, Municipal President, began the program of delivery of video surveillance cameras to help safeguard the safety of students and teachers of the institutions.

The delivery of cameras took place at the «Ford 132» elementary school in Colonia Lázaro Cárdenas 3rd Section, in the eastern part of the municipality where the President emphasized the importance of immediately providing the educational institutions in this part of the municipality with all the benefits of the social, infrastructure and security programs that apply to the schools, which guarantee better conditions for learning.

Tony Rodriguez, mentioned that «moms and dads who are here, it motivates me a lot to have you present, because it shows the interest you have for your daughters and sons, because you fight and strive every day to give them the best, so as parents we want to know that our children are well, that they entered the classroom, that they are in class, that is why for us this program is very important and we are also going to link it with the alerts and alarms throughout the municipal territory, because they already existed, but for one reason or another they stopped working, but soon we will be announcing the placement of alert buttons in schools, we must take care of what we love the most, which are our children».

One of the most important concerns of the current administration is security, mainly in school environments, since it is essential for parents to have peace of mind that their children live and study in places free of violence.

During the participation of the school principal, Sergio Benítez Orozco, he thanked the mayor and pledged to work hand in hand and provide the facilities for the school to receive the best attention from the government, which will strengthen its infrastructure and provide direct benefits to students.

The event was attended by members of the school’s faculty, general directors of the City Hall, parents, as well as students from the morning and afternoon shifts.
