#EstadoDeMéxico.- At the Coordination Table for the Construction of Peace, headed by Mrs. Delfina Gómez Álvarez, Governor of the State of Mexico, together with federal and state security authorities, the actions being carried out in the municipality of Texcaltitlán to return tranquility to the population of this region of the State of Mexico were followed up.

Likewise, the Secretary of Security of the State of Mexico (SSEM) informed that in the 11 municipalities that have a Gender Violence Alert against Women, the rate of human trafficking decreased by 30 percent.

In the case of femicide, the rate decreased by nine percent and in the crime of rape it decreased by five percent.

The Government of the State of Mexico, headed by Mrs. Delfina Gómez Álvarez, works and promotes actions that allow women to live in peaceful environments where they can fully develop, so the state administration gives priority to the prevention of gender violence.

Horacio Duarte Olivares, Secretary General of Government of the State of Mexico, and Andrés Andrade Téllez, Secretary of Security, attended the 61st Roundtable.

Also present were members of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), the Secretary of the Navy (Semar), the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena), the State Coordination of the National Guard in the State of Mexico, the National Intelligence Center in the State of Mexico, the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM), the Human Rights Commission of the State of Mexico (Codhem), as well as the General Coordination of Civil Protection and Integral Risk Management, among others.
