SEPROA meets with water agencies from all levels of government in Baja California to establish projects for 2024 / @BCGobierno >>>

#EstadoDeBajaCalifornia.- During the last days of the year, the work between the different levels of government for the wellbeing of Baja Californians in water issues is being carried out with redoubled marches, with the intention of executing in the best way the projects stipulated for 2024.

In recent days, a meeting was held with the main water regulatory agencies in Baja California, in which the Secretary for Water Management, Sanitation and Protection (SEPROA), Víctor Daniel Amador Barragán, was present. Being the main spokesman and liaison of Governor Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda on these issues, the also general director of the Baja California State Water Commission (CEA BC), met with elements of the National Water Commission (CONAGUA), as well as with members of the Water Bank and Irrigation District 14, to address the strategies to be implemented starting in January, in favor of water supply for the coastal area of the State.

The meeting was held at the offices of the Irrigation District, located in the state capital, where they also discussed the upcoming projects whose main mission is to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Colorado River-Tijuana Aqueduct. Since the first day of the current state administration, the water issue has been one of its main lines of action, understanding the situation that exists in some cities and getting down to work to solve it.

Amador Barragan, who was at the work meeting accompanied by the Undersecretary Isaac David Vizzuett Herrera, reiterated his commitment to work with impetus in this mission.
