#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The Municipal Government of Tecámac through the Municipal Institute of Physical Culture and Sports (Imdeporte) carried out 59 thousand 307 classes with Sports Schools in 2023.

The sports most practiced in the municipality are swimming, boxing, karate, walking, Olympic wrestling and those taught at the Sports Development Center for People with Disabilities.

In addition to these physical activities, every weekend, Imdeporte instructors hold events in the different communities to invite the people of Tecamaquenses to practice the sport of their choice.

This Saturday, in the community of San Pablo Tecalco, the recreational community race took place.

The community recreational race was held this Saturday in the community of San Pablo Tecalco, a totally family event, where everyone could participate in a 50 to 100 meter run.

Also this February 10, with the program «¡Muévete con ganas!» (Let’s move with enthusiasm!), aerobic dance, cross training, karate-do and field field hockey activities were carried out.
