#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- During the current municipal administration, five drinking water wells have been delivered and with the constant maintenance of the 25 existing extraction and pumping wells, it has been possible to have an optimal supply practically 365 days a year, said the director of ODAPAS Tecámac, Samuel Hernández.

He pointed out that in this government the wells of Mameyes, Tezontla and San Pedro Pozohuacan, San Mateo-Villas del Real and Lomas de Tecámac, the latter two inaugurated last November, have been added to the hydraulic infrastructure.

In the case of Lomas de Tecámac, seven thousand families benefited and almost five thousand in the other area, with an increase in the supply of 45 liters per second, he added, recalling that the City Council approved that this year the cost of the service would not increase, in order to support the economy of Tecámac families.

The director of the Decentralized Public Organization for the Provision of Drinking Water, Sewerage and Sanitation Services (ODAPAS) said that this government has excelled in implementing hydraulic works that guarantee the supply to the population. He also said that Tecámac is the municipality in the Valley of Mexico that recovers the most rainwater, which allows it to infiltrate the aquifers, which helps to guarantee water to the population.
