#EstadoDeMéxico.- On her second day of campaign activities in the State of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum visited four municipalities in the eastern part of the state, where she was accompanied by the candidate for the Senate, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, and where she received broad support along with the candidates of the coalition «Sigamos Haciendo Historia» (Let’s Keep Making History).

At the beginning of her intense journey this Tuesday, the presidential candidate held a meeting with women in the municipality of La Paz, in which Gutiérrez Escalante told them that with her leadership a republic of and for women is being built.

«Thank you for your example, guide and inspiration for our movement», said the candidate to the Upper House amidst applause and enthusiasm of a large group of women who came from different parts of the region.

She alluded that Claudia has said it very well: the second floor of the 4T has a woman’s face, and added that «today we are faithful witnesses that we women know and can lead a house, a workshop, a municipality, a party, or a state government, like the teacher Delfina Gómez».
