#Tlalnepantla, #EstadoDeMéxico – «This fight for the Fourth Transformation has to do with justice and, also, it has to do with substantially improving the living conditions of all Tlalnepantlenses,» assured Raciel Pérez Cruz, candidate of the coalition «Sigamos Haciendo Historia en el Estado de México» (Let’s Continue Making History in the State of Mexico), to the neighbors of Jardines de Santa Mónica.

Amidst applause from the neighbors, Perez Cruz asked to join the effort in the promotion and mobilization of the people to make the Fourth Transformation a reality in Tlalnepantla de Baz.

«We are doing very well, but we must not be confident. Let’s make our best effort to build together a safe and avant-garde Tlalnepantla.»

Some neighbors of Santa Monica asked what he is going to do to solve the water shortage, to which he said, «that the «huachicoleo» must be stopped by the authority itself, since millions of water are extracted illegally from municipal wells on a daily basis.»

The Candidate emphasized that we are already in another era, so, «we have to assume ourselves as a government open to the digital. Since the digital also democratizes, it helps citizens to express themselves and be part of public decisions».

Raciel Perez informed that Morena and allied political parties are working as never before in unity, harmony and organization; «so that the Fourth Transformation continues in Tlalnepantla».

«Today, public administration is unthinkable without technology,» he concluded.
