Governor Delfina Gómez calls on the Governor to join the “ Let’s Clean Up Our EdoMéx” campaign / @Edomex >>>

#EstadoDeMéxico.- On August 30, Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez will lead the first day of “Limpiemos Nuestro EdoMéx”, which aims to change the image of our state and make it a healthier environment.

“The Governor decided to launch this great initiative that she is coordinating. We have found that if we do not clean up the state we will continue to have this serious problem, in addition to the public image, as well as the health problems that garbage represents,” said Horacio Duarte Olivares, Secretary General of Government, when he invited the people of Mexico to join this initiative.

This day will take place from 09:00 to 13:00 hours, where they will join efforts with members of the State Cabinet and public servants of the 125 municipalities, as well as civil associations, schools, universities and the general population to clean avenues, parks, rivers, streams and canals of the state of Mexico.

With this campaign, the Government of the State of Mexico also seeks to raise awareness among the population about the importance of recovering, reusing and recycling solid waste to prevent it from accumulating in sewers and prevent flooding.

Everyone is invited to the “Limpiemos Nuestro EdoMéx” (Let’s Clean Up Our State of Mexico) campaign, since all actions count to transform the State of Mexico.
