Mayor Pedro Rodríguez’s support for sportsmen and women in Atizapán stands out / @Pedro_RVillegas @GobAtizapan >>>

#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The City Council of Atizapán de Zaragoza recognized the importance and support that the government headed by Mayor Pedro Rodríguez Villegas gives to the dreams and goals of young people, since -they said- more and more young people are approaching the Mayor individually, as a team, through their families or through the institutions in which they train to obtain support and continue with their preparation.

During the One Hundred Seventeenth Ordinary Session of the City Council held in the Adolfo López Mateos Hall, two economic supports were unanimously approved: one for members of the Jaguares basketball team to attend the Minero 2024 Tournament to be held in El Oro, State of Mexico, from October 18 to 20.

The other was for Tania Estefania Trejo to participate in the Pharlabs NPC Mexican National Championships to be held at the University Cultural Complex Theater on November 9 and 10 in Puebla.

“We want you to receive recognition from all of them, as well as from the Finance Commission, for the significant impact that the support authorized has on the lives of young people,” said Silvia Márquez Velasco, First Municipal Trustee.

“It is a great success and a great effort that is being made, because we know that we have to redouble our efforts in the Administration’s finances so that the athletes who participate in the different disciplines can participate in the different tournaments and competitions”.

As part of his government plan, Mayor Pedro Rodriguez has worked in the creation and rehabilitation of sports and recreational spaces to rebuild the social fabric and for the citizens to develop in an integral way between work, study and sports practice.
