Major prevention and services workshops begin in Celaya / @municipiocelaya >>>
#Celaya, #Gto.- As part of the Special Strategy for the Construction of Peace in Guanajuato, the “Jornadas Magnas de Prevención y Servicios” began in Celaya, offering free medical consultations, dentistry, nutrition, optometry, pap smears, breast exams, vaccinations, physical activity and recreational activities.
This Monday the activities began in the main garden for all public who wish to take advantage of these joint activities carried out by the municipal agencies with PEMEX, the Peace Tables, the State Delegation of Programs, SEDENA, the National Guard and the Secretariat of Citizen Security.
Prior to the start-up of the workshops, the municipal president, Juan Miguel Ramírez, made a tour to supervise the installation of the modules and to ensure that all the volunteers and public servants have the tools and conditions to provide attention to the people of Celaya.
Afterwards, the inauguration ceremony and tour of the service modules took place, with the presence of Laura Casillas, wife of the municipal president; the director of Social Development, José Valentín Sánchez Guerrero, members of the City Council and representatives of the participating organizations and agencies.
“These workshops will be successful as long as we attend to a large number of people; that is where the success will lie, that is why we are inviting the presidents of the neighborhoods and the delegates of the communities to help us so that the neighbors of each place can attend. The Municipal Government joins this Special Strategy for the Construction of Peace in Guanajuato and the rescue of the social fabric”, said the Director of Social Development, on behalf of Mayor Juan Miguel Ramirez.
This Monday, November 4, the activities began in the garden, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the next days will be in neighborhoods and communities, according to the following schedule:
November 5 and 6, Colonia Lagos.
November 7 and 8, Rincón de Tamayo.
November 11 and 12, San Juan de la Vega.
November 13 and 14, Colonia San Antonio.
November 15 and 18, Colonia Emiliano Zapata.
November 19 and 20, San Miguel Octopan.
November 21 and 22, Valle Hermoso neighborhood.
