#Economía.- Undersecretary Gutiérrez Romano gave a presentation at the Annual North American Manufacturing Conference, organized jointly by the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of the United Mexican States (CONCAMIN), the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CM&E), and the National Association of Manufacturers of the United States (NAM).

The event brings together executives from the main manufacturing companies in the region and government officials from the three countries to formulate strategies to address the challenges in regional supply chains and build a common front against extra-regional competition.

During his visit to the Canadian capital, Undersecretary Gutiérrez Romano met with the Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development, Mary Ng, where they had the opportunity to discuss the benefits that the T-MEC has brought to the region and how it has deepened the integration of our economies.

In the company of our Ambassador to Canada, Carlos Joaquín González, he met with the President and CEO of the Business Council of Canada (BCC), Goldy Hyder, and the Senior Vice President of Planning and Operations of the Business Council of Canada, Jack Hughes, to discuss the political and economic situation at the federal and provincial levels in Canada, in order to identify and establish contact with key players who are allies and partners in the economic and industrial development of our country.
