#EstadoDeGuerrero.- The State Government presided by Governor Evelyn Salgado Pineda, through the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of the State of Guerrero, signed letters of commitment by the 40 agricultural workers selected by the company Pacific Tomato, who will soon travel to the state of Florida in the United States, to work in the fields under decent, legal and safe working conditions, and with the support of the state government.

This process is carried out through the External Labor Mobility Subprogram for Agricultural Workers, which allows the direct and transparent linking of workers with U.S. companies, under temporary contracts ranging from 6 to 8 months. On this occasion, a total of 40 job positions will be filled, which guarantee labor rights, social security and support throughout the migration process, as instructed by the state governor.

On behalf of the Secretary of Labor, Luis Armando Baños Rendón, the General Director of the National Employment Service of Guerrero, Areli Bailón Vélez, addressed a message to the beneficiaries, highlighting the importance of their effort and commitment. She also stressed that this action is part of the public policies promoted by Governor Evelyn Salgado Pineda, focused on generating job opportunities that provide legal and safe conditions for those who decide to migrate temporarily to the neighboring country.

It was announced that the state agency continues to manage programs that strengthen the economic development and social welfare of the population, always promoting respect for the human and labor rights of those who choose to work abroad.
