#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The Municipal President of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, officially became the first municipal mayor to govern the town in three different periods of government and also the only one to do so through a reelection by citizen vote, when presiding over the first Solemn Town Council Session of the 2025-2027 Administration.

At the meeting, the members of the City Council approved the appointment of Edmundo Rafael Ranero Barrera as Secretary of the City Council, to whom Mayor Pedro Rodríguez took the oath of office.

Subsequently, it was authorized to grant a bonus of up to 38% in the payment of fees for the supply of potable water, drainage, sewage and reception of waste water flows for treatment, in favor of pensioners, retirees, orphans under 18 years of age, disabled persons, senior citizens, widows or widowers, single mothers without fixed income, and those individuals whose daily income does not exceed three general minimum wages in force.

Likewise, the taxpayers were authorized bonuses equivalent to 8%, 6% and 4% of the total amount of the potable water, drainage, sewerage and waste water treatment fees, when they are paid monthly or bimonthly, and the taxpayer makes the annual payment in advance, as long as it is made in a single payment during the months of January, February and March respectively, of the fiscal year corresponding to 4% in the month of January and 2% in the month of February.
