#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- In Tecámac, education and culture are considered fundamental pillars, and it is a source of pride to highlight that 60% of the enrollment of CECyT 19 “Leona Vicario” is made up of young people from Tecámac, as expressed by Mayor Rosi Wong.

This achievement is significant because it allows students to access a quality education without having to travel outside their community.

The mayoress participated in the civic ceremony, breakfast and tour of the educational facilities of CECyT 19, on the occasion of the beginning of the school year. During the event, she recalled her years as a flight attendant, especially when she boarded a Boeing 727-200 airplane, donated by the National Guard, and observed the adjustments being made to convert it into a classroom and practice laboratory for aeronautics students. He also highlighted the excellent food prepared by the Food Technician students, who offered delicious hamburgers, golden tacos and tinga.

“They are the future of Mexico,” said the mayor, highlighting the efforts of the local government to guarantee the young people of Tecámac the educational opportunities they deserve.
