SEDIF trains Community Development Groups in Pedro Escobedo and Querétaro / @gobqro >>>

#EstadoDeQuerétaro.- With the objective of promoting the development of the inhabitants of communities of high and very high marginalization, authorities of the State DIF System convened the members of the community development groups of Ajuchitlancito in Pedro Escobedo and La Solana in the municipality of Querétaro, to receive training through a workshop focused on the production of cleaning products.

The General Director of the State DIF System, Óscar Gómez Niembro, said that for Pedro Escobedo and Querétaro, community projects such as solar heaters, wood-saving stoves, first aid training, a haircutting workshop and a basic nail course are scheduled for 2025.

“In the State DIF we work to improve the opportunities of the most vulnerable families, we support them to organize in their localities and promote social participation for the benefit of the communities that need it most,” she said.

Likewise, the director of Community Development of SEDIF, Fabiola Fajardo Rojo, commented that during this month they worked in 11 communities in the municipalities of Tolimán, Colón, Ezequiel Montes, Pedro Escobedo and Querétaro, with courses in domestic technologies and the development of projects that will allow the communities to be self-sustainable and thus have an improvement in health, economy and food.
