#Acapulco, #Gro.- The government headed by the Municipal President, Abelina Lopez Rodriguez, through the Municipal Public Services Coordination, intensifies operations prior to the Easter holiday season in order to maintain the spaces in optimal conditions for tourists and locals.

The different operative directions that integrate this coordination intervened this Monday the handicrafts market El Parazal for being one of the most crowded.

The head of this agency, Flora Contreras Santos stressed that by indication of the President, Abelina Lopez Rodriguez have intensified the cleaning work in these spaces, with pruning of trees and shrubs, drainage of sewers, fine and coarse sweeping, painting of planters, the caleo of poles among other actions.

“The cleaning consists of bringing all the public services, the President has entrusted us to attend mainly to the markets that have to be in the necessary conditions for the tourist, especially here that is a market visited by foreign and local tourism, it is a busy place and visited by many people and must be in the necessary conditions to motivate the tourist to return,” said the official.

Contreras Santos said that the Public Lighting Department has also joined this operation and all the lights will be intervened in order to have a space that projects confidence for the visitors.

The Coordination of Municipal Public Services has a program of the spaces to be intervened prior to the Holy Week season, so this work will be replicated this week in different parts of Acapulco.
