#SICT.- On the 134th anniversary of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation (SICT), Mr. Jesús Antonio Esteva Medina shared a message in which he reiterated that building and developing infrastructure projects means implementing actions for those least fortunate.

He recalled a quote from President López Obrador: «Politics is thought and action, and action is conviction.» Therefore, in the case of the Second Level of the Fourth Transformation, the focus is on working for the most needy.

«By reducing inequalities, building roads to connect the neediest populations, integrating the country through mobility projects and actions and transportation systems, is materializing the conviction of the good of all, the poor first,» he emphasized.

Esteva Medina mentioned a quote from journalist Sándor Márai: «Man makes a place his own not only with the pick and shovel, but also with what he thinks while picking and shoveling.»

Therefore, at SICT, we consider greater social justice in the context of our work, by improving environmental conditions, especially for those most in need, he noted.
