#SICT, #México.-  The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT) is making progress in the construction of the Rizo de Oro Bridge in Chiapas, an unprecedented work in the country due to its “mixed arch” design, which will turn it into a national engineering reference.

With more than 80 percent of physical progress, the general director of the SICT Chiapas Center, Janette Cosmes Vásquez, reported that the steel structure, the centerpiece of this great work, is currently being installed.

«The Rizo de Oro metal arch will be unique in Mexico; there is no other similar bridge. We are placing what will be the soul of this bridge,» he said.
