#TlalnepantlaDeBaz, #EstadoDeMéxico.- Faced with a considerable backlog in the water supply, the Decentralized Public Organization for the Provision of Drinking Water, Sewerage and Sanitation Services of Tlalnepantla (#OPDM), offers users the “Tax Credit Regularization Program for Domestic Users and Public Premises”, in order to address the omission in the payment of fees for the supply of drinking water and sewage corresponding to Fiscal Year 2024 and previous years.
The initiative promoted by Mayor Raciel Pérez Cruz contemplates the remission of 100% of tax fines and surcharges to domestic users, derived from the omission in the payment of potable water and sewage services.
The purpose of this measure is to strengthen the Agency’s public finances, improve service, provide maintenance to the water infrastructure and support the economy of families.
The OPDM informed that this program also extends the benefit to public properties of the three levels of government, which provide essential services to the citizens and require to catch up on the payment of water and sewage services corresponding to Fiscal Year 2024 and previous years.
Likewise, this initiative contemplates the cancellation of the agreements of debt acknowledgement and payment in installments subscribed between the OPDM and the users in order to mitigate the economic impact faced by the families of Tlalnepantla.
With these actions, the Government of Tlalnepantla reaffirms its commitment to implement the necessary mechanisms to generate an optimal collection for the benefit of the inhabitants of our city.
Interested users can go to the OPDM offices, located at Riva Palacio No. 8, Tlalnepantla Centro, or to the Tlalnepantla Oriente office, at Guillermo Prieto No. 25, Colonia San Juan Ixhuatepec. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
