#TlalnepantlaDeBaz#EstadoDeMéxico.- In order to reverse the deterioration and abandonment of parks, green areas, streets and avenues by the past administration, the Municipal Government is launching the program “Transforming Tlalnepantla”, in which 250 neighbors will participate, who will receive an economic remuneration for these community works.

Municipal President Raciel Pérez Cruz affirmed that this program has the mission of returning dignified spaces for the inhabitants, since “we have to attend to the deterioration and maintenance of Our City that was forgotten in the last three years, it is a fair demand of the citizens and we are going to attend to it”.

He called on the families of Tlalnepantla to join these efforts, “we want you to participate with us when you see us working, you are an active part of this government, sometimes apathy, indifference or resignation can cause distancing or deterioration of the communities”.

Perez Cruz recalled that during his first term as Mayor in the 2019 – 2021 Administration, he set the goal of restoring roads, parks, sports and recreational spaces that had been abandoned for years and again endorses that commitment with spirit and solidarity so that Tlalnepantla is an example of teamwork in the State of Mexico.

Jezabel Delgado Flores, Head of the Directorate of Welfare, said that these works contribute to the prevention of floods and puddles, which are generated because, unfortunately, the culture of not throwing garbage in the streets does not yet permeate in some sectors of society.

He assured that one of the purposes of the governments of the Fourth Transformation is that citizens can access their human rights such as the right to the city, so urban maintenance actions will be carried out through intensive days of cleaning, sweeping, solid waste collection, weeding, among others, which also generates a better perception of security by dignifying public spaces.

Miguel Rodríguez Becerril, Head of the Municipal Programs Area, emphasized that this program will meet the need of the Community Transformers to obtain economic support as remuneration for their work in different localities of the district.
