#TlalnepantlaDeBaz, #StateOfMexico.- The waste collection service has been regularized in the 265 communities of the municipality with the acquisition of 35 new trucks that will be added to the patrimony of the inhabitants of Tlalnepantla.

Municipal President Raciel Pérez Cruz recriminated that the present administration inherited a junked vehicle fleet, which made it difficult to collect garbage in the communities.

He thanked all the cleaning personnel for the work they perform daily for the benefit of the citizens, while he urged them to take care of these units that “are the product of the effort of the neighbors who pay their taxes, they are from the people for the people”.

He also instructed them to drive all the units responsibly and to give them maintenance to prolong their useful life and to be able to collect garbage in a timely manner.

In an interview, Florian Rosa Martínez Perdomo, head of the Public Services and Urban Maintenance Department, explained that these 35 units are in addition to another 25 that are leased, for a total of 60 new garbage collection trucks.

She added that this agency has a little more than 120 garbage collection units that travel through neighborhoods, towns and subdivisions of Tlalnepantla East and West.

“We have removed quite a few trucks that were practically junk, which prevented us from covering different routes, it is the main problem that affected us to be able to provide the service that the neighbors deserve,” said the official.
