#FederalGovernment, #Mexico.- President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo presented the 2025-2035 Strategic Plan for Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), which represents a step forward in rescuing this company from the people of Mexico. Starting in 2027, the company will have sufficient revenue to pay its debt and have a budget for investments.

«We are all very happy: the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Energy, Pemex, and the President, because we have managed to build a vision for the future for Pemex with a thorough review of the figures, from production to Pemex’s accounting figures from 2025 to 2035. It is a strategic vision for Pemex, the company of the people of Mexico, for the present and future of Mexico,» she emphasized during the morning press conference, «Las mañaneras del pueblo» (The People’s Morning Press Conference).

He emphasized that Pemex’s Strategic Plan aims to reduce Petróleos Mexicanos’ debt, produce 1.8 million barrels of oil per day, and increase petrochemical and gas production.
