#Naucalpan#StateOfMexico.- As part of his commitment to transforming urban infrastructure, Mayor Isaac Montoya Márquez handed over the rehabilitation of Abasolo Street in downtown Naucalpan. 2,217 square meters of asphalt pavement were refinished, significantly improving mobility, connectivity, and road safety in a strategic area of the municipality.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, accompanied by residents who gathered despite the rain, the mayor emphasized that «neither rain nor wind stops movement.» This project is part of a series of simultaneous interventions being carried out in various neighborhoods of the municipality as part of a profound transformation.

The Public Works Department carried out surface and deep patching, resurfacing, re-leveling of manhole covers, and rehabilitation of manholes and storm drains. In addition, curbs, pedestrian crossings, continuous lines, speed bumps, and ramps were marked, providing greater order and safety on the roadway.

The mayor reported that progress is also being made on the rehabilitation of Paseo de los Mexicas, connecting it to Boulevares and soon to San Mateo. In addition, work is underway at key points such as Luis Donaldo Colosio Boulevard, Avenida del Rosal in Loma Linda, and the final stretches of Avenida Minas Palacio.

Finally, Montoya Márquez announced that for the first time in Naucalpan’s history, investment will be made in the rehabilitation of the Periférico Norte, a road in evident disrepair that urgently needs to be addressed. This decision represents an unprecedented effort to consolidate a modern, functional, and dignified road network for all Naucalpan residents.
