#SecretaríaDeCultura, #México.- As part of the Fiestas Patrias (National Holidays), the Ministry of Culture, through the Community Culture program, invites Mexican families to enjoy free artistic and cultural activities in different states across the country. Throughout September, children, youth, and adults will be able to participate in celebrations filled with music, dance, tradition, and togetherness.
The Creative Seedbeds, made up of children and youth in vulnerable situations, will present a special program on Monday, September 15. In Utopía Tezontli, Iztapalapa, Mexico City, the Circus Seedbed will offer traditional games and acrobatics at 12:00 p.m. In Tlaxcala, at 5:00 p.m., the Poetry and Choir Seedbed will give a moving concert in San Pablo del Monte. Meanwhile, in Cochoapa el Grande, Guerrero, there will be a popular festival with music and the Tu’un Savi language.
Cultural Convites are also joining the celebration with activities in 19 states across the country. These spaces foster community engagement through artistic expressions such as dance, theater, music, and traditional cuisine. In Etchojoa, Sonora, on Saturday, September 20, a Mexican afternoon parade will be held, featuring historical figures, games, and snacks, starting at 5:00 PM.

Meanwhile, the San Sebastián Atlahapa Cultural Convites in Tlaxcala will host a literary event on Thursday, September 18, at 4:00 PM. The public will be able to enjoy dramatized readings and stories that evoke the ideals of freedom and justice. The event will take place at the local Kiosk, a symbolic space for the community.
Additionally, on Saturday, September 13, the Community Culture Pavilion will open its doors in the Second Section of Chapultepec Park. From 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., attendees can participate in a fair with workshops, traditional games, and dishes prepared by Cencalli cooks. The event will be a meeting point to celebrate the pride of being part of Mexico.
