#CuautitlánIzcalli, #StateOfMexico.- The Twenty-Ninth Public Session of the City Council, led by Mayor Daniel Serrano Palacios, concluded with a crucial approval: the modification of the nomenclature and boundaries of the municipal land designated for the federal ‘Viviendas del Bienestar’ project, thus ensuring the essential legal certainty for this socially significant development.

During the productive session, the #CabildoMunicipal also endorsed a major social measure by approving the waiver of fees for the issuance of certificates of neighbourhood, identity and last residence. This action is complemented by the exemption of specific administrative fees from the Civil Registry Offices of Cuautitlán Izcalli.

These exemptions will remain in effect for all residents who carry out their procedures during the forthcoming Itinerant Caravans for Social Justice, a municipal effort aimed at bringing essential services closer to the community. These civic sessions will take place in the Municipal Esplanade from 18 to 22 November, encouraging broad public participation.

In a third point of significance for governmental development and transparency, a detailed report of actions and results was formally delivered to councillors. This document outlines the implementation of the Cuautitlán Izcalli Municipal Development Plan 2025–2027, specifically covering the activities carried out during the Third Quarter of 2025.

The Town Council’s working session reaffirms its commitment to maintaining legal certainty in municipal property and facilitating administrative procedures for residents of Cuautitlán Izcalli.
