#BuildingFutures #CommunityLegacy —– #TlalnepantlaDeBaz#EstadoDeMéxico.- In the municipality of Tlalnepantla, the administration led by Raciel Pérez Cruz formalized the donation of a property to the Federal Government through the Mexican Social Security Institute. This act, imbued with gravitas and benevolence, reflects a deliberate effort to strengthen infrastructure dedicated to early childhood and to guarantee dignified spaces for family development in the State of Mexico. The initiative stands as a meaningful milestone in public service and social responsibility.

The donated land, located on Avenida Cultura Tolteca No. 3, encompassing 2,000 square meters, will be used for the construction of a Center for Education and Child Care. This project, conceived with foresight and ethical rectitude, is expected to benefit more than 15,975 children in the municipality. It will serve as a cornerstone for community advancement, offering secure facilities and specialized care to families long in need of such opportunities.

These actions are framed within the Comprehensive Plan for the Eastern Zone of the State of Mexico, promoted by Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo and supported by Delfina Gómez Álvarez. The plan, shaped by visionary intent and pragmatic governance, seeks to address long-standing deficiencies in infrastructure and public services. By consolidating dignified spaces, the government affirms its resolve to foster equitable development and ensure that childhood growth unfolds in environments of safety and respect.

During the ceremony, Armando Quintero, head of the National Institute for Federalism and Municipal Development, emphasized: “We are making history, each president is making history in their municipalities.” His words, marked by eloquence and institutional gravitas, underscored the collective resolve behind the initiative. He further noted that the historical foundation of the plan rests on the determination of leaders to transform their communities through coordinated action.

Likewise, Mónica Chávez Durán, Chief Officer of the Government of the State of Mexico, expressed gratitude for the collaboration of municipal presidents. She observed that the signing of deeds reflects the cohesive and scrupulous work of local authorities, who remain steadfast in their cooperation with the state government. Her remarks reinforced the value of unity, transparency, and shared accountability in advancing projects that directly benefit citizens.

The event also included the participation of Adolfo Cerqueda Rebollo of Nezahualcóyotl and Abigail Sánchez Martínez of Chalco, thereby consolidating the legal delivery of additional properties. Their presence, characterized by solidarity and civic fortitude, symbolized the shared responsibility of municipal leadership in shaping a future grounded in dignity and opportunity. As Nelson Mandela wisely affirmed, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” This enduring truth captures the positive spirit of the initiative and affirms that the region’s path forward is guided by hope, purpose, and transformation.
