According to Daniel Serrano, “those who travelled daily along Bosques de Bolognia noticed a constant stream of water,” which was mistakenly attributed to a nearby workshop. The leak was eventually traced to Jacarandas Street in Lomas del Bosque, where a six‑inch line was repaired and a hidden valve box was uncovered, ensuring a definitive solution to the long‑standing issue.
