The Emergency Operation Center of the Red Cross of the State of México begins operations
#EstadoDeMéxico.- The state delegation of the Mexican Red Cross has a new Emergency Operation Center and nine fully equipped ambulances, which will serve to strengthen and provide better care to people who require this emergency service.
The recently created Emergency Operation Center, located in San Mateo Atenco, will consolidate the capabilities of the Red Cross by being equipped with technology for monitoring natural phenomena, tracking and managing emergencies, monitoring the Seismic Alert System, the National Risk Atlas and the National Center for Disaster Prevention.
It is also connected to the C5 of Ecatepec and Toluca, so that, in coordination with the State Government, the best possible attention can be offered to those who require assistance during an emergency.
The Governor, accompanied by his wife and Honorary President of DIFEM and the Mexican Red Cross in the State of Mexico, toured the facilities of this Operation Center, where he recognized the work of the National President of the Red Cross, Fernando Suinaga Cardenas, and Jorge Forasteri, State Delegate, as well as the more than 3 thousand volunteers and collaborators of this institution, who every day support the families of Mexico and for their commitment to emergency care in the state.
