#Veracruz, #Ver.- Mayor Patricia Lobeira Rodríguez affirmed that it is the responsibility, and must be a commitment as an authority, to ensure the conservation of ecosystems, to restore them and use them in a sustainable manner, promoting the joint participation of society and government.

When heading the Forum «Biodiversity, Sustainability and Social Balance» from the zoological and botanical park «Miguel Angel de Quevedo» (Parque Viveros), an emblematic place full of family tradition in the port municipality, she pointed out the importance of listening to all the proposals on this subject to analyze them and integrate them into his Municipal Development Plan.

«It is a priority to address the problems surrounding the environment, public health, biodiversity, animals, as well as all green areas and bodies of water found within our municipality,» she reiterated.

At the same time she said that the basis of a society is education and to advance in this matter it is the obligation of his government to be informed about the strategies that will help make this municipality a space free of pollutants, sustainable, respectful of all life and committed to the care of the environment.
