Increased civil registry services to families in México during 2022 / @lopezobrador_ @GobiernoMX >>>

#GobiernoDeMéxico.- The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights increased the capacity of the General Directorate of the Civil Registry during the year, which allowed it to provide higher quality and warmth services to the families of the State of Mexico.

In 2022 in the State of Mexico, 203,824 births, 5,924 acknowledgments, 101 adoptions, 55,121 marriages, 20,588 divorces, 83,091 deaths and 31 sentences were registered, with a total of 368,680 procedures.

The municipalities with the highest rate of births are Ecatepec, Nezahualcóyotl, Toluca, Chimalhuacán and Naucalpan, while in marriages Ecatepec, Nezahualcóyotl and Toluca remain, and Naucalpan and Tlalnepantla complete the list.

The General Director of the Civil Registry, César Sánchez Millán, shared that as of the end of November, 63,680 users were attended with advice on the correction of records, 1,939,715 certified copies were issued in regional offices, archives, cashiers and online and the agreements for clarification or complementation reached 60,089, in addition 104 certificates of origin were issued to migrants from Mexico.

«With a view to the year 2023 we will continue with this level of demand, even more, derived from these reforms of our regulations, but above all, I repeat, strengthening the figure of the Officers, the figure of the personnel, that this empathy is felt more and more, evidently there is no use in a warm service if there is no quality, then continue with this professionalization», detailed Sánchez Millán.
