#In an extraordinary session of the Municipal Development Council (CONDEMUN), headed by Mayor Montserrat Caballero Ramírez, the Partial Investment Program of the Contribution Fund for Municipal Social Infrastructure and the Territorial Districts of the Federal District (FAISMUN) was approved, assigned for the fiscal year 2024, for a total amount of 309 million 632 thousand 486 pesos.

The mayoress stressed the importance of citizen participation and civil organizations in the construction of the most appropriate instruments and strategies for the resolution of issues that directly affect them and that are discussed within our border.

The mayoress also acknowledged the participation of the citizen advisors who honorably support the planning of this resource, with the purpose of benefiting those who need it most.

Caballero Ramírez said that the importance of FAISMUN lies in the fact that this fund provides the resources to address the most pressing infrastructure needs of the city’s communities with the greatest social backwardness.

The Secretary of Territorial, Urban and Environmental Development (SDTUA), Juan Enrique Bautista, explained that according to the publication of the Official State Newspaper dated January 26, 2024, the amount of resources allocated for Tijuana under the Ramo 33 is 309 million 632 thousand 486 pesos for the fiscal year 2024.

Therefore, in order to carry out a responsible fiscal year, the approval of a list of infrastructure works was submitted during the session, in order to begin the execution of this fund immediately.
