Navarro installs new LED luminaires in San Clemente and San Luisito / @ANavarroMX @GuanajuatoGob >>>

#Guanajuato, #Gto.- Accompanied by the Public Lighting team, the mayor of Guanajuato Capital, Alejandro Navarro, installed 43 new luminaires in the neighborhoods of San Clemente and San Luisito, near the Dos Rios traffic circle.

«We invested 160 thousand pesos in this new package of luminaires for San Clemente and San Luisito. Today we started putting 43 54-watt miniviews and later on we will put 60 more in these same two points,» said the Municipal President in the journey carried out to improve the lighting in the veins of both typical neighborhoods.

«We are going full steam ahead with the installation of these lamps, lamps that were purchased with the taxes of the citizens of Guanajuato,» added Navarro on the heights, elevated with the mechanical arm and the basket of a Public Lighting truck to install the first series of LED luminaires with photocells.

Basilio Hernández, head of Public Lighting, informed that, in this first two-month period of the year, 520,370 pesos have been invested in the acquisition and installation of 151 new lights: 48 for the Ex Estación area, 45 for the Cuestecita de San Juan community and 15 for the Independencia subdivision, in addition to the 43 installed in San Clemente and San Luisito.

Finally, the Municipal President of Guanajuato pointed out that citizens can send him an instant message through the WhatsApp number 473 148 14 60 to report any malfunction that is detected and immediately send the corresponding crew to carry out revision or repair work, whether in matters of urban lighting or to carry out actions of pothole patching, wall remodeling or tree pruning.
