#SECTUR.- During this period, 3,257 mechanical assistance services were offered, with the five main problems being: 191 pneumatic failures, 164 engine failures, 115 refrigeration failures, 55 out of fuel and 43 electrical system failures.

The General Directorate of Tourist Services Angeles Verdes also reported that 11,400 services were provided on the road; 162 tourist orientations were provided, and 1,122 calls were answered through the toll-free number 078 and the mobile application.

During the Easter Holiday Operation 2024, Sectur deployed the Green Angels to 140 routes, with 386 elements in the field, 169 units and 31 tow trucks.
The General Directorate of Tourist Services of the Green Angels reiterated to tourists traveling on Mexico’s highways the importance of, during this holiday period that will last until April 7, to check the levels of their cars, to have a basic tool kit and to check the operation of lights.

It is also important to carry a first aid kit, spare tire in good condition, signaling elements to alert other motorists and emergency services, as well as to check the engine to verify that there is no oil or any other liquid leaking. The importance of downloading the Ángeles Verdes mobile app, available on iOS and Android systems, or dialing 078, to request mechanical assistance or tourist advice, was also highlighted.
