#EstadoDeMéxico.- With a delegation of 13 boxers, the State of Mexico will participate in the CONADE 2024 National Games to be held from May 10 to 19 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, informed José Alfredo Castillo Torres, President of the Boxing Association of the State of Mexico.

The boxers from the State of Mexico qualified for the national stage after facing the selective of Macro Region B, where in addition to facing local fighters, they faced representatives from Colima, Michoacán, Mexico City, Querétaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, Guerrero, Morelos and the National Polytechnic Institute.

Castillo Torres highlighted the quality and experience of the selected team, made up of Adriel Cristopher Torres Elías, Rodolfo Montes De Oca Benítez, Brian Gabriel Díaz Buendía, Alfredo Castillo Barrera, Aldair Ismael Pérez Reveles, Harold Armin Santos Mancilla, Rodrigo Marín Pulido, Josué Joel Arredondo Jantes, Eduardo Contreras Ramírez, Diana Dolores Gamboa Antolín, Victoria Valdés Leonardo, Tita Paulina Reyes Ramírez and Lían Alejandra Bedolla Orduña.

He pointed out that some participants have experience in international competitions, so a better result than last year is expected in this competition.

The head of Mexican boxing explained that, for this season, the technical direction of the Association determined a different selective model, through which different aspects of the Mexican athletes were evaluated, such as a technical-tactical evaluation to determine the team that went to the Macro regional selective.
