#Tlalnepantla, #Edoméx.- Emergency and security personnel from different government areas worked in a coordinated manner to pull out a public passenger service bus that was trapped.
At the low vehicular bridge located in Santa Monica south north circulation at the height of Unidad Habitacional San Jeronimo Tepetlacalco, the truck stopped moving due to the high water level, so it had to be helped by a crane to get the passengers out.
No passengers were reported injured. Immediately, personnel from the Decentralized Public Organization for the Provision of Drinking Water, Sewage and Sanitation Services (OPDM) arrived at the site with vactor trucks to work immediately and eliminate any risk to motorists.
As a result of the atypical rains, cleaning and drainage works are being carried out in different points of the municipality.
Constant monitoring will be maintained during the night in the 13 points most susceptible to flooding in order to mitigate any damage to the property of Tlalnepantlenses or any situation that puts their integrity at risk.
Citizens are urged not to throw garbage in the streets or any material that accumulates and clogs the sewers and drains.
