#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The Mayor of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, visited the Bosques de Ixtacala neighborhood to begin the rehabilitation with asphalt concrete of Pino Street, in the section between Tejocote and Ciprés Streets.

There, the Mayor reiterated his commitment to the people of Atizapan for the next three years and thanked them for the trust they placed in him at the polls to win the elections on June 2.

“We can’t take it easy just because we won. We continue working with the same intensity as the first day and we are going to finish this year working in all the neighborhoods of our beloved Atizapán. I want you to see that this is a committed government, which corresponds to the trust you have placed in us, which you ratified on June 2,” said Rodriguez Villegas.

The work in Bosques de Ixtacala will consist of the rehabilitation of the street with a length of 855 linear meters in an area of 7,312 square meters, where the demolition of the existing road surface, the shaping, leveling, leveling and compacting of the land for the construction of the base will be carried out.

In addition, speed reducers will be placed, curbs and sidewalks will be built, as well as marking of lines, painting of curbs, crosswalks and directional arrows.

“It’s a good thing that they are now going to take care of the street, because they haven’t paid attention to it for more than 20 years. Thanks to the president because they not only fix the avenues, but also the long streets and side streets, because they are very deteriorated, it’s been years since they did anything to them,” said Jovita Ramirez, a resident of Pino Street.

“I have lived here for many years. We thank the President for everything he has done in Atizapán, mainly in Bosques de Ixtacala where there is a lot of help from him,” added Maricruz Hernández, also a neighbor of Bosques de Ixtacala.
