#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- By consolidating San Miguel de Allende as an outstanding sports destination, the Municipal Government continues to strengthen its commitment to promote sports through mountain biking.

With the “9. With the “9th stage of the State Serial 2024” of the Guanajuato Mountain Bike League (Ligucim), the municipal president, Mauricio Trejo, through the Municipal Sports Commission (Comude), received more than 300 local athletes and the neighboring municipalities of Salvatierra, Juventino Rosas, San Jose Iturbide, Salamanca, Celaya, Dolores Hidalgo, Acámbaro, Uriangato, Villagrán, Valle de Santiago, Comonfort, as well as the state of Querétaro.

This regional competition was held in the motocross track, located in the community of Los López, where a route was designed in the format of a round-robin competition in a mountain circuit, with participation from children under 5 years of age to seniors.

Thus, for the second consecutive year, San Miguel de Allende is part of this State Mountain Bike Serial that, together with the “Chronoescalada”, seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle, highlighting mountain biking as a new option for the people of San Miguel de Allende.

Being the epicenter of quality sporting events, the Municipal Government continues to promote physical activity and sportsmanship, so that San Miguel de Allende continues to excel in sports by getting better every day.
