Tecámac Celebrates 214th Anniversary of the Beginning of Mexico’s Independence Day / @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The municipal president Rocio Miguel Hernandez, led the celebrations of the 214th anniversary of the beginning of the Independence of Mexico in the Tecamac Heroes and the Municipal Palace.

As well as the Military Civic Parade, where 4 thousand 12 people participated including public servants, National Guard, Secretary of National Defense and students from different schools of Tecámac.

This year, the municipal authorities also held the ceremonies of the Cry of Independence in the communities of San Jerónimo, Lomas de Tecámac, Ozumbilla and San Pablo Teacalco so that more Tecámac residents could enjoy the patriotic celebrations.

In these six venues the attendees shouted the traditional “vivas” to Miguel Hidalgo, Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez, Ignacio Allende, among others.

At the Héroes Tecámac and Palacio Municipal, the Mayoress, accompanied by the Secretary of the City Council, Carlos Galindo, and members of the City Council, waved the flag and rang the bell in memory of the heroes who gave us our homeland,

The attendees were able to appreciate the fireworks display to the rhythm of traditional Mexican music.

Civic Military Parade

In a family atmosphere, full of color and with the presence of Senator Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante, the traditional Military Civic Parade was held in the streets of Tecámac Centro.

Mayor Rocío Miguel, accompanied by councilors, directors and special guests, observed the passing of the contingents.

DIF, Red Cross and Civil Protection personnel also participated in the parade, where attendees enjoyed the presence of Animal Welfare, Ecology, Imdeporte, students from the driving school, National Army, and the group of Charros who enthusiastically cheered for the heroes who gave us our homeland.
