Tecámac Government Workers Join in the National Drill / @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- Public servants of the Government of Tecámac joined the National Drill of September 19, who evacuated the eleven municipal buildings and the various facilities of the DIF, with the coordination of brigadistas from each area who are permanently trained in Civil Protection.

At 11:00 a.m. and at the sound of the seismic alarm, employees left their offices in the Municipal Palace in an orderly manner, and were instructed to concentrate in the emergency zones indicated in the esplanade.

With the hypothesis of a 7.5 magnitude earthquake with epicenter in Acapulco, the administrative personnel followed the instructions of the brigadistas of the City Hall, who effectively applied the protocol for this type of case.

In the Municipal Palace, a fixed population of 177 workers and a floating population of 145 people were evacuated, who vacated the facilities in a time of one minute 35 seconds, while medical attention was simulated for a woman who was transferred in an ambulance to a hospital.

In the last five years, the municipal government has made it a priority to promote a culture of Civil Protection and prevention, and has arranged for employees from different areas to be trained on a permanent basis to deal with any emergency situation.

Workers from the Municipal Palace, the Civil Guard, the central offices of DIF, DIF Mandarinas, Odapas, Administrative Units of Los Reyes Acozac, Quetzalcoatl, La Cuchara, Puerta Violeta, Ecology and the Ecological Department of Sierra Hermosa, as well as administrative buildings of ODAPAS participated in this National Drill.
