#Economía.- The Secretary of Economy, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubon, announced his cabinet, which is listed below:

Luis Rosendo Gutiérrez Romano, Undersecretary of Foreign Trade. He holds a degree in Economics and a degree in Political Science, both from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM); a Master in Economic Development from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Master and PhD in Government from the University of Essex, in the United Kingdom. He has served as a public official in various federal government institutions such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industrial Development, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) and the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). At the local level, he served as Treasurer and Undersecretary of Planning in the Government of Mexico City.

Vidal Llerenas Morales, Undersecretary of Industry and Commerce. He holds a degree in Economics from ITAM, a master’s degree in Government from the University of Essex and a doctorate in Politics from the University of York, both in the United Kingdom. He has been a local congressman on one occasion and a federal congressman on three occasions. In both the Legislative Assembly and the Chamber of Deputies, he has served as Secretary of the Finance and Public Account Committee. He served as Undersecretary of Expenditures of the Mexico City government. He was mayor of Azcapotzalco, between 2018 and 2021.

Soledad Guadalupe López Acosta, head of the Administration and Finance Unit. She holds a law degree from UNAM; she has a master’s degree in Criminal Sciences with honorable mention. She has a PhD in Law and a specialty in Human Rights from the Universidad Castilla-La Mancha, in Spain. She has worked in public administration for more than 25 years, in which she has held various positions in auditing, transparency and accountability, including: Deputy General Director and Director of Administration at INHERM, under the Ministry of Culture; General Director of Legal Consulting and Legislative Memory, in the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District, and Head of the Internal Control Organ at the Ministry of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), at the National Center for Disaster Prevention (CENAPRED) and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE).
