ESSA’s governing body appoints Moises Poblanno as Chief Executive Officer / @SE_mx >>>
#SE.- By unanimous agreement of its governing body, Exportadora de Sal S.A. de C.V., a state-owned company with 100 percent national public sector capital, appointed Moisés Poblanno Silva as its chief executive officer with all the powers set forth in Article 59 of the Federal Law of State-Owned Entities and other related and applicable provisions.
Moisés Poblanno Silva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, both from Tecnológico de Monterrey; he also holds a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
Mr. Poblanno Silva served as head of the Administration and Finance Unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the same agency, he previously served as Director General of the Foreign Service and Human Resources, as well as Secretary of the Mexican Foreign Service Personnel Commission. He has been advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Attorney General’s Office.
At the local level, he held various positions including coordinator of the agenda of the Chief of Government and coordinator of advisors to the Chief of Staff of the Federal District Government. He also collaborated as technical secretary of the International Affairs Committee in the VI Legislature of the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District (2012-2015), and, subsequently, as advisor to the presidency of the Administrative Justice Tribunal of Mexico City.
