#ISSSTE.- For the first time in its history, in order to facilitate and expedite access to a decent home for its beneficiaries, the Housing Fund of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (Fovissste) has launched “Mi Portal Fovissste”, a digital tool available at inscripcioncontinua.fovissste.gob.mx/micrositio to simplify the consultation and application process for obtaining a mortgage loan completely online, securely, without intermediaries, lotteries and/or calls for applications.

This strategy represents a step towards a more modern, efficient and transparent public administration. In addition, it allows beneficiaries to have greater accessibility, control and autonomy in the management of procedures.

State workers who wish to obtain a Traditional Credit in UMA (Unidad de Medida y Actualización) or in pesos, for the purchase of a new or used house, the Construyes Credit to build on their own land or to acquire it, can do so in an agile and convenient way through the aforementioned portal.

Likewise, it is possible to register and formalize the loan and check the progress of the application at any time. If the worker meets the requirements to be eligible, the platform will indicate it immediately, allowing the uploading of the worker’s data and logging in as many times as required to exercise the benefit or simply to consult the information.
