#EstadoDeMéxico.- The beneficiary cooperatives will receive up to 200 thousand pesos per project for their creation or strengthening; they may register from today until October 25.

The governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gómez Álvarez, published the call for the Cooperative Promotion for Wellbeing program this morning, an initiative that seeks to generate sources of employment and improve family income through the creation of cooperative enterprises in the state.

It is aimed at cooperatives for the production and consumption of goods or services that will receive both legal advice and economic support for their creation or strengthening.

Financial support and advice
Beneficiaries will receive advice and training for the integration, formation and legal incorporation of their cooperatives, enabling them to formally establish themselves and operate efficiently.

In addition, up to 200,000 pesos per project will be granted, which may be used for expenses for the legal registration of the cooperative; acquisition of machinery, equipment and raw materials; adaptation of work spaces; and training services for the development and operation of the project.

How and when to register
Registration for applications will be open from October 8 through October 25, 2024, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Interested parties must apply in person at any of the regional employment offices located in the municipalities of Toluca, Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, Ecatepec, Nezahualcóyotl, Ixtapaluca, Atlacomulco, Tejupilco, San Mateo Atenco and La Paz.
