#GobiernoDeMéxico.- The Constitutional President of the United Mexican States, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, clarified that within the reform to the Judicial Power there is no type of contraposition between articles, since what is valid are the last constitutional modifications that were approved, so she made an attentive call to recognize that the popular election of judges, magistrates and ministers will be a reality.

He added that within the reform to the Judicial Power there are no unconstitutionalities, as some political parties want to make it seem, about which he reminded that they do not interfere in the election process.

He emphasized that, within this reform, in which the new conformation of the highest positions within the institutions of the Judicial Power was defined, including the presidency of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), transitory articles were implemented, such as the twelfth, in which it is established that all the provisions that oppose this initiative will be repealed.
