Governor Delfina Gómez achieves a successful Citizen Hearing; for 15 hours she attends directly to her citizens / @Edomex >>>

#EstadoDeMéxico.- The Governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gómez Álvarez successfully concluded the Third Citizen Hearing, with a record of 15 continuous hours of listening to more than one thousand people from the 125 municipalities of the State of Mexico and attending to 400 issues that were channeled to the corresponding Secretariats to follow up on each case.

“I want to inform that 400 matters were attended with a total of one thousand citizens, and now comes the challenge of each and every one of the Secretaries to follow up as much as possible to the citizens who came to ask for support,” said Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez.

At the citizen hearing, which began at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15 and concluded at 1:15 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16, Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez met with women, senior citizens and people with disabilities, as well as teachers, farmers and members of indigenous and religious groups. Among the main issues presented were those related to labor, water, education, health and public works.

With this Third Citizen Hearing, more than 3 thousand people have been attended and 1,317 issues have been handled.

Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez thanked each and every one of the citizens for their trust and participation in this exercise that seeks to guarantee the transformation of the State of Mexico.

In a gesture of gratitude, the attendees presented Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez with bread, handmade cheese, stuffed animals, paintings and flowers, among other gifts.
