Tecámac Government Prepares “Day of the Dead” Celebration / @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The Government of Tecámac, through the Municipal System for Integral Family Development (DIF), is preparing a series of events and activities for the celebration of the Day of the Dead, inviting residents to participate and preserve this tradition alive.

The Municipal Esplanade and the Parque Lineal de Los Héroes Tecámac will be the two great stages for the contests that will take place, in which the first three places will have an economic prize.

In the “Catrinas en Papel”, which in this sixth edition will be dedicated to musical stars, schools, collectives, social organizations and citizens who can prove their residence in the municipality may participate, although the proposals may be individual or collective.

There will also be a Living Catrinas contest, a costume contest and “A Spooky and Furry Day of the Dead”; the latter for you to participate with your pet.

There will also be a dance competition “A Mover el Esqueleto”, in which groups from the same institution, club or academy may participate, with a minimum of five members and a maximum of ten.

Another contest will be the “Calaveritas Literarias” (Literary Skulls), aimed at children from six to 12 years of age, whose registration will be at the library closest to their home.
