#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The Mayor of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, visited the facilities of the Escuela Normal de Atizapán de Zaragoza to celebrate the 46th anniversary of this institution, from which several generations of teachers have graduated.

The Mayor recognized the Normal School and said that in its hands is the teaching of thousands of students who hope to have their knowledge to continue their way and become great professionals.

“This is a very important day for Atizapán, I would like us all to value it in all that it represents, because today we are celebrating a date of 46 years since the founding of this school that has left its mark on thousands of Atizapán residents; think how many teachers, how many teachers have come out of here, from this Normal School.

“You play a very important role in education to change the quality of life of thousands of families in Atizapan, I celebrate that you have the courage and motivation to give the best of yourselves. We need a better prepared population and you are the trigger that will change the course of our municipality and our country,” said Rodriguez Villegas.

A few minutes before the ceremony, the Mayor handed over 5 lap tops to the school’s Principal, Gabriela Carreño Murillo, to be used and enjoyed by the student community.

The Principal thanked the gift and said that the joint work with the Government of Mayor Pedro Rodriguez motivates all the students who are currently working to create a Network of Innovation and Pedagogical Transformation.

“We are very pleased, Municipal President, for your presence, because every time you come, you come with that smile and support our institution; you lead by example, for our students, that is very valuable.
