Government of San Miguel de Allende strengthens prevention strategies hand in hand with the tourism sector / @GobMunicipalSMA >>>

#SanMiguelDeAllende, #Gto.- The Municipal Government, together with the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) and the tourism sector, outline prevention strategies in the city “Sanctuary of Security”.

Following the strategy set forth by municipal president Mauricio Trejo, the Security Secretariat held a forum entitled “Prevention Measures against Extortion and Self-Care Measures”, with the objective of reinforcing the means of communication between the SSC and the local tourism sector in the event of an emergency situation in San Miguel’s territory.

This alliance between representatives of the tourism and hotel sector of the Heritage City established commitments to face the challenges and strengthen the perception of security, therefore, Christian Ortiz Muñiz, head of the Secretariat of Citizen Security, called on businessmen to collaborate in the implementation of solutions.

Another topic discussed was “Self-care measures”, with the aim of ensuring that all union members know and have the necessary tools for their personal care and, in turn, provide a better service in their job functions.

It was agreed to continue working and strengthening prevention measures as a whole and developing future projects for a safer San Miguel.

By acting with crime prevention strategies, the Municipal Government faces the challenges of the extension and strengthens safety, because we do things right.
