Veracruz successfully promotes the professionalization of public service in Río Blanco / @GobiernoVer >>>

#Veracruz, #Ver.- With the participation of more than 200 attendees, the Secretary of Labor, Social Welfare and Productivity (STPSP), provided the “Quality in Service” training to the reception and customer service staff of the Río Blanco City Hall, strengthening their job skills and the quality of service to citizens.

Through practical activities, the Government of Veracruz provides public servants with techniques and skills applicable to their work environment, strengthening competencies such as empathy, assertive communication and effective response capacity, contributing to a satisfactory experience.

In inaugurating the workshop, Secretary Luis Arturo Santiago Martinez stressed the importance of strengthening public service as a vocation oriented to the collective welfare. “Always the other is superior to the self, and as servants we must put the citizen first. This course is an opportunity to internalize and practice the principle of commanding by obeying, of serving with quality and empathy.”

He also highlighted the progress in employability and training, noting that unemployment rates have decreased significantly thanks to the generation of formal jobs, public and private investments, as well as the training provided by the Institute of Training for Work of the State of Veracruz.
