#BocaDelRío, #Ver.- The Mayor of Boca del Río, Juan Manuel Unánue Abascal, supervised the rehabilitation of José González Herrera Street in the Primero de Mayo Sur neighborhood, which is being paved with hydraulic concrete.

With these actions, the municipal administration reaffirms its commitment to continue transforming the city with works that positively impact the quality of life of Boqueños.

“We supervised the progress of the hydraulic concrete paving of José González Herrera Street, between Cándido Aguilar and Felipe Cortina in the Primero de Mayo Sur neighborhood. We are also rehabilitating the sidewalks and will put new road signs, including special paint for the pavement, crosswalks and directional signage, all to make traffic safer and more efficient,” said the executive.

This work will directly benefit more than 6,000 people and all the residents of Boquejo who use this important roadway.

This project includes the paving of more than 2,000 square meters of hydraulic concrete and the rehabilitation of more than 400 linear meters of curbing.

For proper signaling, 860 linear meters of special paint will be applied to the pavement and trimmings.

In addition, 84 square meters of special paint will be applied to crosswalks, and 12 pieces of directional signage will be installed.
